1.A: Full cover & Landlords safety check; £212:00 or £17:67 p/m
Annual service and landlord’s gas safety certificate (CP12). Complete breakdown cover including all required parts for the boiler and heating systems.
2: Service and System cover; £126.00 or £10.50 p/m
(designed for boilers still covered by manufacturers warranty)
Annual service and safety check of gas boiler. Breakdown cover for your heating system including parts.
3: Service; £86.00 or £7.00 p/m
Annual service and safety check of gas boiler.
4: Landlords gas safety certificate; £72.00 or £6.00 p/m
Gas safety certificate (CP12) by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
5: Landlords gas safety certificate & service: £96.00 or £8.00 p/m
Gas safety certificate (CP12) by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Annual service of the gas boiler for the rented premises.
